Proprietor Louis Josserand built this experimental theater on the beach near Sixth Street and [Seawall] Boulevard and featured cartoons, news reels and short subjects. Each night the ramps were graded and packed. The theater was destroyed by a tropical storm in its first month and was not rebuilt.
