Articles in the Salina Journal from in 1972 speak of a Jerry Lewis Twin being built at the Mid State Mall, one dated 7/7/1982 explains a lawsuit was being filed against Network Cinemas for not finishing construction, furnishing projectors, screens, seats, or concessions equipment. A 4/29/1979 article confirm that Dickinson purchased the theatre mid-construction.
