Information for this tour was contributed by Thomas Procyk.

This was the theater where in 1967, Walt Disney showed a short film about "Project Florida: A Whole New Disney World".

Originally a twin theater, the mural in the lobby suggests it was referred to as the Wometco East/West. The largest auditorium was then twinned (the one facing the rear of the plaza), and eventually, eight more screens were added on to the left.

The theater was operated by Regal Cinemas as the Regal Park 11 until about 2001, when they opened the Regal Winter Park Village 20 right across the street. This theater became a sub-run and maintained 11 screens until around 2004 when the largest auditorium (#2) was renovated to be used as retail space.

The theater closed on October 18, 2007 and will be converted into a fitness center.
