Information for this tour was contributed by Darren Snow & Trent Ford. Built in the 1960s by Joe Rhoton, the 31W was run for many years by the Rhoton family until it was sold due to Rhoton's failing health. Single-feature presentations with FM and speaker sound cost $6 a carload, and the facility is open from April to October.
