The historically restored building is a mixed use facility composed of cinema, offices and retail. The cinema contains six stadium theaters. The lobby of the cinema is the restored Kresge's Department Store. Existing offices within the building have been restored for commercial tenants. Retail space has been created for an additional four to eight tenants.

Phoenix Theatres took over operations of this foremerly independent theatre on December 21, 2018 after the original owners were threatened with foreclosure.
