Information for this tour was contributed by Ron W Sack. In the 1920s, the Elite Theater moved from the St. Paul Opera House to 608 Howard Avenue. Sometime in the 1940s, the name was changed to the Riviera Theater and the front of the building was refaced and a new marquee was completed, boasting over 150 feet of neon. Photos
