Information for this tour was contributed by Keith Spofford. The Federal Theatre on Federal St. housed a bowling alley "Salem Lanes" underneath, a large theatre like the Paramount that had closed sometime in the 1950's and had been boarded up until the entire building was demolished around 1968.
