Information for this tour was contributed by Michael Foley. The Place was a successful first run downtown house.
The theatre gained a reputation as an art-film institution "The Movies Repertory Cinema" closed in the fall of 1991 after a 10 1/2 year run.
The theatre reopened 1/1/1992 as the Real Movies. Photos
