The Adams Theatre auditorium appears to be vacant. Lobby current use is (or will very soon be) a restaurant, as you can see from the sign in the window. The entire marquee has been painted over in a hideous shade of red. Note in the last photo the passageway connecting the lobby to the auditorium.

As of 2009 the theatre has reopened as the Topia Arts Center and is renovating the entire space.
