Information for this tour was contributed by Jeff Skallan.

General Cinema operated this theatre until it was sold to Mann on June 22, 1984.

Mann operated it as the Mann Theatres Kipling Place 6 and was purchased in 1994 by the Super Saver Cinemas spinoff company called "Movie One." It only lasted a year before being purchased by Silver Cinemas. That only lasted about 2 years and the letters on the outside of the building were rearranged from Silver Cinemas to Elvis Cinemas which runs the place as a second run house. Crazy stuff!
