Budco Theatres opened this theatre as the Floriland Cinema 1 & 2.

July 24, 1981 Cobb created a third screen by dividing cinema two.

Budco Theatres assumed operation of the theatre once again and operated it until August 31, 1986.

The mall was converted to an indoor flea market and later purchased by the city of Tampa to be used for government offices.
