This theatre stopped being advertised by General Cinema and began as a Century Cinema Circuit location on 11/7/1973.
This theatre closed stopped showing movies around 1976. In 1984 the West Covina Players began using the theatre as a Live Performing Arts Center. In 2004 they began rennovations to turn the old theatre into a true Performing Arts venue and around 2005 it was discovered that the building was not structurally sound so the original building was entirely torn down and a new theatre erected in its place.
