Information for this tour was contributed by David Sparks.

Opened as the Westown by Walter Reade Theatres on September 10, 1970, the theater closed six months later. It reopened under new ownership on May 28, 1971, with a new adult films policy, but failed again, closing on July 13, 1971. The name was changed to the Roxy and it reopened on June 22, 1972, featuring blaxploitation films like The Mack, but could not compete with the westend drive-ins and closed for good on April 3, 1975. The theater was razed and is now part of the parking lot at the Westown shopping center.
