This theater closed in the 1970s. It had 737 seats and a huge 40 foot screen. It was bought by Barbara Striesand and turned into a sound recording studio called Evergreen Studios. The theatre is located on the corner of Magnolia and Evergreen streets. It had been sold and still remains a recording studio.
