Information for this tour was contributed by Bob Meza. The Blackstone was torn down in the 1970s and the marquee is the only thing left of this theater. It now hangs on another building.
An article in the 12/7/1979 edition of the Streator (IL) Times ran down the history of this theatre which had closed the night before. Kerasotes acquired this theatre from a local operator as of 3/1/1972. Photos
