After closing on December 30, 2014, the theater was reopened on April 28, 2017, remodeled into the Iron Horse Movie Bistro. It lasted only nine months before closing again. Cosmic Cinemas reopened it in March 2019. It closed in November 2019 and was quickly reopened as the Scranton Art Haus before the COVID-19 pandemic darkened it once more. It finally reopened on July 12, 2023.
