Operations of the Movies 8 were briefly controlled by Interstate Theatres. Cinemark closed the theater on May 10, 2015, and the owner of the Admiral Drive-In reopened it as the Village 8 on July 31. After closing on May 6, 2018, Cinergy came in with a remodel and expanded the operation to including bowling and escape rooms. Photos
