Information for this tour was contributed by Konrad Schiecke and Bob Meza.

A 425-seat theatre was opened at 105 Seminary Street in 1937 called the Modernistic. In the early 1940s, the name was changed to the Modern. An ownership change occurred in the late 1940s, resulting in the Kerasotes chain operating the theatre under the name Mode. The theatre is now privately owned and called the Onarga Theatre.
